Billings 2026 Committee

Yellowstone Veterans Committee is a collaborative group of volunteers representing several local veteran organizations, including the Marine Corps League, Veterans Navigation Network, American Legion Riders, and Hoodies for Heroes. United by a shared commitment to honor those who have served, our committee is proudly volunteering our time and resources to plan and coordinate The Wall That Heals visit to Billings this July.

Through cooperation, service, and community partnership, we are working to ensure this free, public event is a meaningful and respectful experience for veterans, their families, and all who come to pay tribute.

Update (5-10-2026 ) – Due to a scheduling conflict, we will be moving the memorial from our original planned site at Centennial Park Complex. The new location is Will James Middle School (1200 30th St W, Billings MT).


During it’s stay in Billings, The Wall That Heals will be open to the public from July 2nd – July 5th

Hours:

June 30th – Escorted from Laurel to Billings by American Legion Riders (Post 119)
July 1st    The Wall That Heals is assembled with local volunteer groups, and expected to be completed late afternoon.
July 2nd  12am – 1159pm, Opening Ceremony at 6pm
July 3rd  12am – 1159pm
July 4th  12am – 1159pm
July 5th  12am – 2pm, The Wall That Heals is disassembled and departs for it’s next stop.
